We offer our complete system for CTP Sale.

With this package all the important things are for the entry into CTP production covered:

Imposition and RIP software - even for frequenzlose Grid (25ยต), imagesetter with compressor, and plate processor for up to 120 thermal plates 2540 daily and DPI. With 24 redundant high-power laser diodes and Creo exhaust. With matching CTP plate reader of VIP-Tronic. Only 22,000 plates produced. Installed in Fall 2004. All units and programs run completely fine.

22,000 plates produced with this machine (and if it ran a a typical speed of 11 plates an hour) the lasers have run something like 2,000 hours.

The RIP specifications are: PS/M 8.0 with Staccato 25 FM-Screening (25 micrometer dots) and Preps 5.0 impositioning software, both running on a Mac with dual G5 cpus

The complete system is equipped with a screw copressor and and a plate processing machine. Nevertheless the creo lotem 400 allows processless plates.
